If something’s not right with your order, we’ll make it right—because good flavour deserves good service.

🧾 Returns & Refunds

Because our sauces are perishable, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used products. But if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to scratch, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll sort it—whether that’s a refund, replacement, or credit.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Snap a quick photo of the issue (bottle, box, or contents) and send it to us at order@thesmokeshed.co.nz along with your order number. We’ll get back to you fast.

🔁 Change of Mind

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for change of mind due to the nature of our handmade products. That said—if there’s something we can do, just reach out.
